Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please note that we may require proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email.

Yes, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. If your item is valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment. Please allow 2-3 days for financial institutions to process the refund.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@houfort.com with your order details and pictures of the damage. We’ll review your request and offer a replacement or refund.
